These terms govern access to and use of Zoka. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, the business or organisation you represent.

Using Zoka

You may use Zoka for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your selected plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, the actions of authorised users and the security of account credentials and devices.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid access is provided for the billing period shown at checkout. Prices, included capacity and renewal details are presented before payment. Third-party hardware, connectivity and payment-provider charges are separate unless a written offer expressly includes them.

Availability and offline use

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet providers, devices and events outside our control. Offline-capable features have limits and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate operational controls, backups or reconciliation.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring permissions, training users, reviewing synced or imported records, complying with laws that apply to your business and maintaining any hardware or connectivity needed to use the service.

Intellectual property

Zoka and its software, brand, documentation and design are owned by us or our licensors. These terms grant a limited right to use the service during an active entitlement; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

Data and account closure

You retain rights in the business data you submit. Before closing an account, you should export records you are required to keep. We may retain limited information where needed for security, payment, dispute or legal purposes.

Important limitations

Zoka supports business recordkeeping but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, clinical or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for reviewing reports and meeting obligations that apply to your operation.
